Delivery

Your order will either be still with us, prior to despatch or out with the delivery service. You cannot track your order while it is still with us.
Please note: If your order is being sent in multiple different shipments, you will receive a separate email for each shipment.

We ship to every part of the UK and your delivery time will depend on where in the UK you are. Mainland delivery times can differ from non-mainland times and the time of day you place your order can affect your delivery time.
Orders placed before 1:00pm, Monday – Thursday, will be delivered after 1 working day if you live on the mainland. Orders placed before 1:00pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
We only offer Saturday delivery if requested and at an additional cost.
Orders to offshore addresses will take between 2 and 3 working days. Orders placed after 1:00pm will take 2-3 working days.
Next Day deliveries refer to working days and do not include weekend days or Bank Holidays. The delivery times stated are given in good faith and are not legally binding. BC Profiles will work to get your delivery to you in good time, but are not responsible for any delay or loss caused by late delivery. -
The cost of delivery – or shipping cost – will depend on the size and weight of the order that you place. To make sure that you get the most accurate shipping cost, we will calculate it at the checkout when you enter your postcode.
Charges are based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery address that you supply. We cannot be responsible for changes to addresses after the point of despatch as the goods are in the care of the delivery company.
If you are not sure how much the delivery charge will be, you can add all items to your basket so that a shipping cost can be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Charges:
Items up to 1kg – £3.85
Items between 1kg and 2kg – £4.10
Items up to 30kg – £7.25
Items above 30kg – £13.50Any items that require to be shipping by pallet, e.g., polymer concrete drainage channels, have a standard shipping charge of £65.00

With BC Profiles deliveries, we do ask that you are in when your order arrives as it will require a signature as proof of delivery. It’s also really important that you are able to check your delivery against the inventory provided to make sure that you have received everything that you have ordered. If you are missing any items, you must let us know of any missing items in the first 24 hours after delivery.

BC Profiles does offer credit notes in the case of a return, however all returns, unless faulty or damaged, will incur a 25% re-stocking charge before the value of the credit note can be calculated.

If you want to make a return and have paid using Klarna, returning goods is still subject to BC Profile’s returns policy. Please see How do I return? Click here for information on returns.
When BC Profiles inspects and accepts you returns, we will then issue the refund to the method you used to pay. If you used Klarna, Klarna will then update your payments accordingly, with payment and refund status noted on your Klarna account, via the website or on your Klarna app.
Klarna suggest that, if you have an upcoming payment due date, that you inform them of your return on your Klarna account. If there is a delay in us registering a return, Klarna will issue a new payment due date for any parts of the order that you opt to keep. The Klarna app is the best place to monitor the status of your refund payment.
If BC Profiles are to issue a full refund – minus the 25% restocking charge for returns – then any payments already made will be refunded to your Klarna account and any remaining payments on that purchase will be cancelled. Please note that refund processing times can take up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution. -
If you decide to return all or part of your order, you will be liable for payment of the delivery charges. Please arrange delivery of your returns within 7 working days of receipt to:

Any damaged items must be reported to us at support@bcprofiles.co.uk 24 hours. Unfortunately we will not be able to arrange any replacements/refunds after this period.

Product & Stock

If you can add a product to your shopping cart, it should be in stock. There may be times when there is a sudden demand for a certain product and our stocks run down very quickly. If this happens, we’ll get in touch with you to offer a refund or to advise when the product will be back in stock and delivered to you. We work hard to ensure that we stay on top of our stock so this won’t happen very often.

At BC Profiles, we know that you need us to be at the top of our game so you can deliver. Working with the building trade for 25 years means that we know what you will need and when. Sometimes, however, a particular item might be in sudden high demand or there might be a problem with the supply chain in general. We will work tirelessly to get products back in stock and we’ll let you know when something you wanted comes back into stock.

Payment

We accept payment with credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay. There is also the option to use Pay Later with Klarna. Our online store also allows you to pay through Shopify’s own system, Shop Pay, which is linked to your credit/debit card.

Klarna offers two main payment systems, both of which allow payment at a later date.
Klarna’s ‘Pay in 3’ allows you to split purchases into 3 payments, interest free. Payments are automatically taken from your debit/credit card linked to your Klarna account every 30 days until the full order amount has been paid. There is also the option to pay the balance in one payment or to settle payment earlier through the Klarna app. To use Pay in 3, select that option at checkout. The first payment is taken at the point of shipping and Klarna will contact you to set out your payment plan.
Klarna’s ‘Pay in 30 days’ means that you will receive your order up front and will then have up to 30 days to pay without any interest and fees. To use Pay in 30 days, select that option at checkout. To place an order with BC Profiles, simply add the products that you want from our online store to your shopping cart. You can then follow the checkout process, where you can choose your method of payment and delivery details. This is also the point at which shipping will be calculated. It is a straightforward and easy-to-use system.

Then, when you are checking out and the Apple Pay option is offered, you can quickly pay using a card that you've saved in Apple Pay. To pay with Apple Pay, tap the Apple Pay button, then continue following the checkout instructions. -

We sent you an invoice by default in your order confirmation email. This will be sent just after your order has been placed. This invoice will include any VAT-related information.

You might like to try an alternative card as a method of payment. It is best practice to contact your bank or credit card if your payment has been declined as it is the bank/financial institution who has declined the payment, rather than BC Profiles.

If you’re not using one of the browser or platform combinations listed, you can still access the site, but you might not find the pages display as designed and you might not get the best website experience. To fix this, we recommend that you upgrade your browser and operating system to the latest versions. Most browsers / platforms will allow you to upgrade for free and may offer automatic upgrades as soon as they become available. -
To shop or track your orders, you will need to sign into your BC Profiles account.
If you get a message that says your email address/password isn't recognised, here are a few steps to follow:
• Ensure you’re using the same email address and password you registered with.
• If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page and rest your password.
